Tantawan Bungalows s'est installé à Koh Phangan en 2001, après que ses propriétaires, une thailandaise Yupa Guescon et son mari français Patrick, reviennent de France pour s'installer en Thailande.Avec leurs connaissances du 'chemin occidental' et leur expérience, ils ont construit Tatawan Bungalows, l'un des premiers resort de l'ile.

Tantawan n'est pas un resort conventionnel comme on en trouve beaucoup sur l'ile de Samui ou Phuket. Tantawan a des bungalows thai en bois, une grande carte française avec une ambiance sympa. Une des plus belle piscine de Koh Phangan et une superbe vue sur l'océan.
